Thank you for shopping with Climate Cart.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver supply-only orders within the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping from this storefront. If an overseas address appears at checkout, do not complete the order. Contact sales@climatecart.co.uk instead.
Processing and lead times
Most products are made to order through our UK trade supply chain.
• Order processing: we aim to confirm and process paid orders within 1 to 2 working days.
• Typical delivery to a UK address: air conditioning kits 7 to 14 working days; heat pump lead times are confirmed after you order.
• Working days means Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. We do not dispatch on weekends or bank holidays.
These times are estimates, not guarantees. We will contact you if a supplier lead time changes after you order.
Installed orders
If you choose an installation option, delivery of equipment is coordinated with your install schedule. We can arrange fitting anywhere in the UK. For fitted air conditioning, send us your room sizes and a few photos and we'll come back with a quote, travel included. Heat pumps for hot water and radiators start with a survey, then a written design and a fixed quote with travel included. Installation timing is separate from the supply-only delivery estimate above.
Shipping rates
Air conditioning kits: made to order, typically 7 to 14 working days. Heat pump and hybrid kits: made to order, and we'll confirm the lead time with you after you order. Delivery is free to mainland UK, by kerbside pallet. For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and islands, we'll confirm any delivery surcharge with you before we order. If you'd rather not go ahead, we'll refund you in full.
For accessories and other items, UK shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Some of these orders may qualify for free UK delivery. If so, that will show at checkout. Delivery on orders of £100 or more is free. Orders under £100 that aren't air conditioning or heat pump kits have a £6.95 UK delivery charge.
Order tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email confirmation and tracking information where the carrier provides it.
Access and delivery
Large HVAC equipment may require clear access, someone present to receive the delivery, and a suitable unloading location. If a delivery fails because access was not available, additional delivery charges may apply. We will discuss this with you first.
Damage in transit
Please inspect the goods on arrival where safe to do so. If anything is damaged, contact us as soon as you can (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) at sales@climatecart.co.uk with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate under our Refund policy and your legal rights.
