This system contains F-gas refrigerant and must be installed by an F-gas certified company. By law we can only supply it once your installer has confirmed in writing that they will fit it. After you order, we'll email you a short form for your installer to complete. We won't order or dispatch your system until we've checked it. If we don't get the form within 14 days, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

Equipment pack for 2 rooms from one outdoor unit. The UE Multi 18 Dual outdoor unit is rated at 5.28 kW nominal cooling and 5.57 kW nominal heating, and runs up to 2 indoor units on R32 refrigerant. This pack pairs it with 2 Gotha 9 wall units (2.64 kW cooling each), each with its Wi-Fi kit. Alpha is part of the Immergas Group, so you'll see Immergas on some documents and labels. Supplied as equipment only for an F-gas certified company.
