After you order, we'll email you a short form for your installer to complete. We won't order or dispatch your system until we've checked it. If we don't get the form within 14 days, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

Complete equipment kit for one room: an LG ARTCOOL Gallery Special A12GA1.NSE wall-mounted indoor unit and the matching A12GA1.U18 outdoor unit (set code A12GA1.SSE), using R32 refrigerant. The indoor unit is a square, picture-frame design with a wood frame and an image you can change. Supplied as equipment only for an F-gas certified company.
