After you order, we'll email you a short form for your installer to complete. We won't order or dispatch your system until we've checked it. If we don't get the form within 14 days, we'll cancel your order and refund you in full.

Complete equipment kit for one room: an LG DUALCOOL Special E EZ18CYN.CSK1 wall-mounted indoor unit and the matching EZ18CYU.CL21 outdoor unit (set code EZ18CYS.SSK), using R32 refrigerant. Supplied as equipment only for an F-gas certified company.
